We want our customers to have the full experience, and arriving late may cut the appointment short. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will lose your spot and will need to reschedule your appointment. All appointments must be made online and in the case of late arrival, deposits will also be null. If in need of a cancellation it must be AT LEAST 24 hours before the time of your appointment to receive a full refund.
