Before your appointment,


  • Please No caffeine. This could make the eyes flutter uncontrollably and may result in ending service.

  • No makeup. This WILL interfere with the retention of your lashes. If you show up to your appointment with makeup around your eye area, please be prepared to remove it. Don't worry, We provide makeup remover wipes. Keep in mind that taking off your makeup is precious lashing time being wasted.


  • Hair must be 1/4 inch, or 3-4 weeks of growth for all body waxing. 

  • Hair must be grown out 2-3 weeks of growth for all facial waxing. 

  • No caffeine, may stimulate pain.

  • Wear loose fitting clothing.



If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set

Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out.

Our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Since not all lash techs are trained the same we will not do lash fills on anyone else's work. If you are coming in for a fill from another lash artist, then your current extensions need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at full set price

We respect our staffs time here at SV. Since the spot is reserved for you, it's not easy finding someone to take it in a short notice. Please give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
There will be a $25 for lash and $15 for wax fee added to your next service if client 
  • No Shows
  • Cancels less than 24 hours
  • Reschedules less than 24 hours
  • Forgot or got the days mixed up
  • 10 minutes late to lash appointment (New Sets, 2 week fill, and 3 week fill) 5 minutes late to lash appointment (1 week fill) 5 minutes late to wax appointment.
  • Comes with children or extra guests and needing to reschedule.
  • Ends service because they aren't comfortable/health reasons.
Deposits are required for every service.
  • No deposits will refunded if you No Call/No Show.
  • No deposits will be refunded if you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • No deposits will be refunded if you are 10 minutes late to lash appointments and 5 minutes late to wax appointments. 

  • No deposits will be transferred to a new rescheduled appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late to your original lash appointment. 

  • No deposits will be transferred to a new rescheduled appointment if you are more than 5 minutes late to your original wax appointment. 

  • No deposit will be refunded if client does not follow lash & wax instructions before their appointment.

  • If appointments are made within a 24-hour period and need to cancel, the client must then cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved amount.


Children and Extra Guests 

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend on yourself and that time doesn't always align with your childcare needs. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the salon. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or on your lap. Our concerns are for the safety of your children. We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas. Clients that show up with children or extra guest that do not have another adult to supervise them, will be asked to reschedule their appointment. Cancellation fees may apply. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our child safety policy.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

​Our salon staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

No Refunds or Exchanges on any retail products or services.


If I Have An Allergic Reaction Or Would Like My Lashes Removed For Any Reason Will I Be Issued A Refund?

We always stand behind our work and strive to provide the best experience possible, however, due to the cost incurred in time and materials we do not offer refunds at this time.  


Please keep in mind that an allergic reaction can be an unforeseen event that we are unable to predict. We strongly recommend that you look at photos, ask questions and be entirely sure this is a service that you would like to have before you invest in the service.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the appearance of your lashes or are experiencing a lot of lash extension loss (20-30), please notify us within 24 hours of your service. If we are able to alter the look of your extensions in any way to make them more to your preference we will do so at either no charge to you or for a very reasonable price if the work is extensive. After 48 hours of the original service, it will be considered a regular service. Removal for an allergic reaction is complimentary.
