Here are some ways to prepare for a lash lift: Do not wear mascara, eyeliner, or eyeshadow on the day of your appointment. Clean your lashes: Remove all makeup and oils from your lashes before your appointment. This ensures that the solution used during the treatment can properly adhere to your lashes, resulting in a better lift. Remove contact lenses: The fumes of the lash glue can cause contacts to shrivel and distort, which can be painful and harmful to your eyes. Avoid caffeine: Caffeine can make your eyes flutter, making it more difficult for the lash lift to be performed.
